Unplug & Unwind.
After a long and stressful day, find thirty minutes to focus on yourself and do something you enjoy. Read a chapter from the book you have been putting off, play a video game, try some yoga, take a walk outside, or find a new recipe. Whatever it is that will bring you back to center, remember that this allotted time is just for you. Don't underestimate "me" time.

Take a bath.
No one ever said bath time was over at a certain age. In fact, its more beneficial as we get older. Taking a bath gives you the opportunity to relax and let the stress of the day be in the past. The warm water from the bath opens pores and rids the body of harmful toxins, reduces blood pressure and is proven to improve the quality of your sleep.
Once a week, take a hot bath using 2 cups of Epsom salt. This will relieve sore muscles and give your body a healthy detox.
